HAnd sanitizer

Thoroughly scrubbing your hands is a great way to prevent the spread of germs and viruses and to make sure you don't get sick. But if you do not have access to soap and clean water, or if you are outside and nowhere near a sink, you should carry hand sanitizer to protect your health.

But don't worry, it's easy to make your own sanitizer. You have to be careful not to mess it up. Make sure the tools you use for mixing are properly cleaned. Otherwise, you can contaminate the whole thing. Also, the World Health Organization recommends that you sit in your procession for at least 72 hours after doing this. This way the sanitizer has time to eliminate any bacteria that have been introduced during the mixing process.

We actually have two tips for you to find, as well as links to find. The first is something you can make out of items in your cabinet and under the sink, so it's effective in an emergency. The second version is more complicated, but it's easier if you have the opportunity to make some purchases and plan ahead of time. Another note: many of these items are quickly out of stock due to high demand. You are more likely to find them at your local drugstore, but your first priority is to stay indoors.
